Need help with a restyle, balance, or purchase? Email support@litscenes.ai. Include the approximate time and the on-screen request ID if one is shown. Never send an Apple password, identity token, or full purchase receipt.
- Confirm you are signed into the same Apple account used with LitScenes.
- Open the Ledger and wait a moment for the balance to refresh.
- If a purchase completed but credits have not appeared, leave the transaction unfinished; LitScenes retries verification on the next launch.
- If a restyle failed, refresh the balance. Recorded terminal failures are refunded automatically.
Purchases and refunds
Apple processes all payments. LitScenes can investigate whether credits were granted, but Apple controls payment-method issues and purchase refund decisions. The app offers one consumable 300-credit pack; the displayed App Store price is authoritative.
Video and output
LitScenes currently accepts video only. A source can be up to five minutes and 300 MB. The app may export a compatible MP4 before upload. Generated links are short-lived, so save a result you want to keep.
Delete your account
In LitScenes, tap the gear icon, choose Delete Account, confirm the warning, then authenticate with the same Apple account. Deletion permanently removes the account, unused credits, history, sessions, and stored LitScenes media.
